We are welcoming you as a visitor to Personal Hungary 2011 Trade Show!
For the fourth time this year, our Exhibition is taking place parallel to the Professional Learning Trade Show, specialized in the field of Training, Further Education and E-Learning.
The two Trade Shows together have again this year attracted a great number of exhibitors, who are going to present you their newest products and services.
Lectures are taking place on Practical Forum 1 and 2.¶

When is Personal Hungary 2011 taking place?

Personal Hungary, 8. Human Resource Management Trade Show is taking place in Syma Exhibition Hall, Budapest on the 26-27th October, 2011.

The Trade Show is open from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on both days.

How can I get to Syma Exhibition Hall?

You can get to Syma Exhibition Hall in the following ways:

Access by public transport means: Suburban train n°2 (Stadionok Station); Tramway n°1; Trolley n° 75, 77, 80 and 81; Bus n° 95, 130 and 178. Bus stops and stations can be found around the Exhibition Hall not further than 50 to 100 m off.

National Volán coaches stop at Stadion Bus Station, the nearest train station is Keleti Train Station.

Who do we expect to come?

Personal Hungary is a Human Resources Trade Show, to which Human Resources experts are expected.

Mostly the following experts are represented:

•HR specialists (eg. responsible for compensation systems, recruiting, trainings or HR- Controlling)

•Stakeholders from Healthcare institutions
•Consultants
•Specialized journalists and publishers

Why shall I register in advance?

Online registration makes it faster for you to get in at the Trade Show. As our Trade Show is reserved for HR experts, a personal registration is inevitable. Online registration can save you the long queuing up at the check-in. First of all, thank you for your interest in our Trade Show. Every registration gets first checked, which may take time. Thank you for your patience. In one or two days, your registration will get valid. In case we still haven't got back to you after a few days, please call us on the following number: +36 1 8862-844. We will be happy to help you.

Where can I register with my voucher ticket?

If you already got a voucher ticket by post, or by mail, you got a registration number with it.

This provides you with free or reduced-price entrance to the Trade Show. Please take into account that after registration, it is no longer possible to confer your ticket to someone else.

Where and how can I buy a ticket?

At the Trade Show, you can always buy tickets. Payment is only accepted in cash, bank transfer is not possible. We can only give you a receipt on the spot.

How can I get a Trade Show Catalog?

You can have free access to the Trade Show Catalog or HR-Catalog on the spot. Before the Trade Show, the Catalog is not accessible.

Is participation at Lectures and Keynote Lectures included in the price?

Yes, it is!

How much does the entrance ticket cost?

Entrance tickets are valid for both Trade Shows, the Practical Forums, and the Action Zone Training Surface.

Like this, you can have access to both Trade Shows at a reduced price, and can also attend to professional lectures on the Practical Forum.
Reduced-price Ticket:
One-day Ticket: 5€, 1200 HUF.
Two-day Ticket: 10€, 2400 HUF.

Entrance tickets bought on the spot:¶
One-day Ticket: 10€, 2400 HUF.
Two-day Ticket: 20€, 4800 HUF.

Entrance tickets can be paid by cash.
Bank transfer is not possible.

How and where can I park at SYMA?

We recommend public transport means for our visitors.

I am between jobs. Is the Trade Show worth attending for me?

NO. This is no job fair. The Trade Show is designed for experts active in the field of Human Resources!
